Refund policy

Returns

• We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To initiate a return, email us at support@uwealloycollectables.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error (wrong/damaged item).

Exchanges

• Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss options.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the above return policy applies.
